Do addresses provided by Canada Post ever change? |

The Canada Post database is refreshed every month. From time-to-time
Canada Post will assign new postal codes to certain addresses.
With WSAddress™ you are always assured that you will
receive the most current address information available.

Each address returned is both valid and deliverable. Address
data supplied through the WSAddress™ web service solution
can be immediately transferred from your web page to your customer
database. You will have the peace of mind knowing that your
customer address database is always current and actionable.

Will I be billed if the system is unable to return a deliverable
address? |

No. In some cases the WSAddress™ will not be able to
return an address to your web site. This is because the postal
code and street number combination the customer has entered
does not exist in the Canada Post database. When this occurs
the customer will be notified and will be asked to enter the
complete address into your web page. WSAddress™ will
update your system that the customer address may pose a potential
problem and you will not be billed for this transaction.

Does Web Service Concepts have to host my web pages for me
to take advantage of this service? |

No. Your existing web page hosting arrangement does not need
to change. You will need to make a minor modification to the
way you ask customers to enter their address data (see
our on-line demonstration). Web Service Concepts walks your
technical staff through the implementation of the WSAddress™
solution. In most cases this can be done in an afternoon and
without any disruption to your customer web site.

If the customer is an existing customer do I still have to
pay for the address? |

No. As long as you have a process incorporated in your web pages
where a customer can make a link to their existing account there
is no need to call an address from the WSAddress™ solution.

solution do I have to pay a second time when my customer returns
for a repeat order? |

Addresses are billed by transaction in advance based on a minimum
address commitment. A modest monthly license fee is also charged
to cover initial set up and the ongoing maintenance of the
system.

What are my payment options? |

An account will be set up for your company, or if you wish,
for each web site under your management. Your account information
is available to you through our secure web site.
This site provides you with a real time summary of your address
usage. Having pre-determined a minimum address threshold, your
designated account contact is automatically notified by e-mail
with instructions on how to purchase additional addresses.
